Amy Yan is an award-winning entrepreneur, speaker, and business strategist specializing in entrepreneurship, business development, and economic empowerment.  With a professional foundation in corporate America, Amy made a bold transition into entrepreneurship—building and growing her own business, C Three Business Consultants, while discovering a passion for helping others do the same. 

Amy not only owns C Three Business Consultants, she also started and built 4 other businesses  during her entrepreneurship journey. Her businsses include Luxury Never Dies. Which focuses on reasl estate in the State of Missouri. Greener Grass. Which she has  equity in a cannabis cultivating facility in the State of Missouri. C Three Contractors specializes in exterior insurance restoration contracting. 

Amy also inspired her  daughter to start her own business at the age of 10 years old. Her daughter, Ariana, is CEO of Aspire by Ari.  Aspire by Ari, a cosmetic company, was created to inspire kids to feel confident, creative, and proud of who they are. Founded by a young dreamer, this brand is all about shining bright, believing in yourself, and expressing your unique beauty.

Today, she works with individuals and organizations to provide guidance on how to start, sustain, and scale successful businesses. Her work as a facilitator includes partnerships with respected organizations such as the Urban League and the Northside Economic Empowerment Center, where she supports aspiring and established entrepreneurs in building strong, sustainable ventures. 

Amy is also an experienced speaker, having presented at events including Build Expo USA. She is frequently sought after for motivational speaking engagements, workshops, and panel discussions, where she shares her journey, expertise, and actionable insights on topics such as entrepreneurship, networking, business operations, information technology, and government contracting.
